Costume Interpretation and Recreation.
This event will include a talk on the "Talking Portraits" project at Chawton House Library, where they are recreating the costumes worn in the portraits of three actresses, Mary Robinson, Kitty Clive and Elizabeth Hartley, which are in the library's collection.

Up One's Sleeve 
Learn to date 19th century costume from sleeves sourced from the Olive Matthews collection and also enjoy their current exhibition.
